Flow Chart For PhD Student
• Students’ enrolment for PhD entrance examination with proper documents (class 10th to PG with PG migration)
• PhD entrance exam
• Result declaration of PhD entrance examinations and notify for same
• Registration certificate to the scholars
• Notice for course work
• Ten days from beginning and 10 days in the end Sem.
• Result of course work
• Course work certificates to scholars
• Scholar proposal for research with university Performa
• After course work within one year scholar allow to change his or her topic/title after that not possible
• RAC will approve or suggest the change in the title and allot him or her a supervisor for research in will come under 1st 6-month report
• After every 6 months students have to submit his or her progress report with presentation
• Supervisor and RAC committee members should be present in students progress report
• RAC will suggest their review with attendance sheet
• After course work every 6-month scholar progress work is mandatory
• After registration within 3 years scholar allow to submit his/her thesis
• Scholar will submit application for pre submission with university Performa
• Scholar will prepare there thesis according to university Performa
• Scholar must have two research paper in conference/Seminar and one paper in journal with certificate should be added in thesis
• For pre viva scholar will submit within 15 to 20 pages of his work with PPT
• In pre viva or open seminar scholar will present through PPT
• In university format pre viva committee will gives their review
• If report is ok then acceptable otherwise with suggested remark scholar has to change in their research
• Pre viva certificate to scholar
• Scholar sent their thesis for plagiarism check to library; plagiarism must be less than 10%
• Final submission of thesis 4 copy in hardbound and one soft copy (CD/ Pan drive) in university prescribe format
• Guide will suggest two evaluators name
• Evaluators will give review for same in university prescribe format
• The members will mention their review in university prescribe format either research work (thesis) will acceptable or not
• Provisional degree will issue to the scholar
